Three steps to your protocol.

01 · Assessment

5 minutes, online, anytime.

Health history, goals, current habits. Your responses build the case your physician reviews. No commitment to continue.

02 · Protocol

Reviewed within 24 hours.

A US-licensed physician reviews your case, selects molecule and dose, and writes the prescription. You're only charged after approval.

03 · Optimization

Adjusted monthly by your physician.

Side-effect support, titration management, dose adjustments, and quarterly bloodwork. The protocol moves with you.

What's included in the Caliber Protocol.

One care plan. One physician relationship. Everything you need to do this seriously — no add-on fatigue, no surprise charges.

A note from our founder
"I'm 42. I run four times a week, sleep eight hours, eat clean. Two years ago my body just stopped responding. The answer wasn't more discipline — it was biology. We built Caliber for men who recognize that moment."

Questions, answered.

Is this the same as Ozempic?
No. Caliber uses compounded semaglutide — the same active molecule, formulated by 503A pharmacies under federal exemption while branded versions remain in shortage. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, though semaglutide as a molecule is. Your physician will discuss whether compounded vs. branded is appropriate for you.
Will I lose muscle?
What about side effects?
Can I cancel?
Why $299 when other GLP-1 telehealth starts at $269?
What states are you in?
What happens after Month 3?

Ready when you are.

Five minutes. Reviewed by a real physician. No charge until approved.
